How we handle the personal information you give us, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are
Total Coverage Consulting is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@totalcov.co.za or on 010 825 5695. Our Information Officer is the Managing Director.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, message and, if you provide them, your phone number, company name and the course you asked about. We also record which page the form was on. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you ask for. Providing it is voluntary, but we cannot respond without a name, email address and message.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is stored in our website database and emailed to our team. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Our database and email services are provided by hosting providers who process the information on our behalf; where those providers operate outside South Africa, the information is protected by contractual safeguards as required by section 72 of POPIA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 24 months after they are closed, after which they are deleted automatically.
Cookies and third-party content
This site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. The map on our contact page is only loaded when you choose to show it; loading it uses Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Fonts and images are served from this site directly.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing, by emailing info@totalcov.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Our manual in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) is available on request from info@totalcov.co.za [and will be published here once finalised].
